A DX initiative planning program spanning several weeks, with several dozen participants

For an electronics manufacturer, we held a participatory DX initiative planning workshop involving frontline employees, aimed at improving internal operational efficiency and planning new businesses. We provided an initiative planning program spanning several weeks for several dozen participants (the client’s employees, including both frontline staff and managers) and supported each team in preparing a proposal for its initiative.

Presentation to senior management, and evaluation of the proposed initiatives and the DX promotion function

With a view to executing the DX initiatives, on the final day of the program we held a session at which the participants presented to the client’s senior management (executives, business unit heads, etc.), and then evaluated each proposed initiative and the DX promotion function.

Scope of support

• Workshop operation (setting up online workrooms, various announcements)
• Support for preparing DX initiative proposals (facilitating discussions, presenting DX case studies, reviewing and advising on proposal content)
