A DX initiative planning program spanning several weeks, with several dozen participants

For a power supply equipment manufacturer, we held a participatory DX initiative planning workshop involving frontline staff, aimed at improving the efficiency of internal operations and planning new businesses. We provided an initiative planning program spanning several weeks for several dozen participants (the client’s employees, including both frontline staff and managers), and supported each team in preparing a proposal for its initiatives.

Presentation to senior management, and evaluation of the proposed initiatives and the DX promotion function

To move the DX initiatives toward implementation, on the final day of the program we held a presentation session at which the participants presented to the client’s senior management (executives, division heads, etc.). We then evaluated each proposed initiative and the DX promotion function.

Scope of support

• Workshop management (setting up the online workroom and making various announcements)
• Support in preparing DX initiative proposals (facilitating discussions, presenting DX case examples, and reviewing and advising on proposal content)
