We provide the best practices we have cultivated through client work and the development of our own services in the form of tools, workshops and lectures, publishing them or offering them as services.
DX Talent Development
As part of our Education business, we offer participatory DX initiative planning workshops involving frontline staff, aimed at improving internal operational efficiency or planning new businesses. In the workshops, we provide an initiative planning program spanning several weeks for several dozen participants (client employees, including both frontline staff and managers), and support each team in preparing a proposal for its initiative.
