As part of our Education business, we offer participatory DX initiative planning workshops involving frontline staff, aimed at improving internal operational efficiency or planning new businesses.
A DX initiative planning program spanning several weeks, with several dozen participants
In the workshops, we provide an initiative planning program spanning several weeks for several dozen participants (client employees, including both frontline staff and managers), and support each team in preparing a proposal for its initiative.
Presentation to senior management
In past engagements, with a view to implementing the DX initiatives, we have also held a presentation session on the final day of the program, in which participants presented to the client’s senior management (executives, division heads, etc.).
Scope of support
- Running the workshop (setting up online workrooms, issuing various announcements)
- Support in preparing DX initiative proposals (facilitating discussions, introducing DX case examples, reviewing and advising on proposal content)
- Evaluation of the proposed DX initiatives and of the DX promotion function
